Must be taken as directed: To observe clear and measurable results, it is essential that you use the product consistently for a minimum period of 21 days. It is essential to follow the instructions carefully and use only as directed.

Dislike the taste: Flavor is subjective and varies by individual, so while we strive to create the best possible flavors, we recognize there’s always room for improvement. Regrettably, refunds cannot be provided solely due to taste. If our products don’t bring positive health changes, contact our support team for a refund.

Allergy to the product or its ingredients: You are responsible for reviewing the product's ingredients to identify any potential allergens or substances you may be allergic to. It is your responsibility to verify whether there are any interactions or conflicts with prescribed medications or any existing health conditions or concerns. Overordered: Products are non-returnable after delivery. For unintended excess orders, contact our customer support at support@vesuviohealthyliving.com.au within 48 hours. They will evaluate your order and choose the best option for you.

Wrong item ordered: You are responsible for ordering the right item for your needs. Unsure what to order? Contact customer service for assistance. If you order the wrong item, contact us promptly, and we'll try to cancel it before shipping. Please note that customer service responses may take up to 24 hours and are only available on weekdays.

GENERAL REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14 day refund policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with seal in place, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES 

Please be aware that any undeliverable orders due to customer errors, such as providing incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, attempting delivery to undeliverable locations, relocating, or failing to collect the order from the local post office within the allotted timeframe from your local post, will incur a reshipment fee to cover postage, handling, and processing costs.

REFUND PROCESS

To start a return, fill out the Return Form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note return postage is not covered by Vesuvio. 
Once your return has been received our team will issue a refund less the original cost of shipping. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Automatic Subscription – Terms & Conditions (General)

By purchasing a product on subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING

When you purchase a subscription, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or as selected at checkout). Charges will occur on the same day of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

2. SUBSCRIPTION & RENWAL 

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the next billing date. 

3. PRICING & CHANGES

The subscription price will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing, product formulation, or subscription benefits at any time. If pricing changes, you will be notified in advance and the updated price will apply to future orders only.

4. MANAGING OR CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time via your customer account or by contacting our support team.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, changes must be made at least 1 day before your next scheduled renewal.

Please note: a minimum of 2 delivery cycles/subscriptions must be accepted before any cancelled subscriptions will be accepted. 

5. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the charge again. If payment cannot be successfully processed, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

6. REFUNDS & RETURNS

Subscription orders are subject to our standard refund and returns policy. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may:

  • Delay shipment until available, or

  • Offer a suitable alternative, or

  • Cancel the subscription and issue a refund for any unfulfilled orders.

8. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
