Once a day. Begin with 4g, increasing to 8g over a few days to a week or 2, to make sure you are digestively tolerating the blend and to minimise side effects – we suggest you combine the blend with 200ml water or your favourite juice or fruit smoothie. (see recipes on or website for some inspiration).
On rising.
We suggest taking the Heavy Metal Detox Blend in the morning on an empty stomach for optimal results and waiting at least 20min before consuming anything else.
Short answer – yes.
When using in conjunction with the Liver Rescue Detox Blend / Estro Clear Blend we suggest following one of two protocols as detailed below:
1. Alternate monthly usage – first month use the Heavy Metal Detox Blend, second month use the Livery Rescue Detox Blend and so on.
2. Combined usage
a. Morning – Heavy Metal Detox Blend per above usage guidelines
b. Afternoon – Liver Rescue Detox Blend / Estro Clear Blend (if using both, you may combine the two)
Where the above are combined we suggest taking the blends 60-30 minutes before your last
meal of the day to allow for optimal absorption.

We suggest speaking to your health-care provider if you are on any prescribed medications before using Heavy Metal Detox Blend.
Whilst there are minimal reported interactions with most prescribed medications this blend contains ingredients high in iodine which is why we recommend those with diagnosed thyroid or autoimmune conditions consult a medical professional prior to consuming Heavy Metal Detox Blend.
It is generally safe to take, and we have not had any reported issues. However, we always suggest you speak to your health care provider if you have concerns as they have a full knowledge of your current past medical history.

*For children between the ages of 2-12 we suggest commencing dosage at ¼ teaspoon a day, gradually building up to 1 teaspoon a day for tolerance purposes, not exceeding 1 teaspoon a day for children under 12.
This is a hard question to answer, as one person’s health may be more compromised than the next person. More specifically, the individual response to the detox will be different depending on general health – for example those struggling with high levels of toxic heavy metals and or liver challenges and just compromised general health will respond differently to those without those issues. Some faster than others. You also need to factor in diet, lifestyle, stress etc
